Anti-Spam Policy

LeadHop enforces a strict anti-spam policy to comply with TCPA, CTIA, and protect its network integrity.

1. Requirements

  • TCPA Compliance: Explicit prior express written consent required for all SMS, per 47 CFR § 64.1200.
  • CTIA Standards: Adherence to CTIA Messaging Principles, including clear sender identification and opt-out mechanisms.
  • Prohibited Actions:No unsolicited messages, deceptive content, or high-volume messaging without approval.

2. Enforcement

  • Automated monitoring for spam patterns (e.g., high send rates, complaint spikes).
  • Violations result in warnings, rate limits, or account termination.
  • LeadHop reserves the right to throttle or block traffic to protect network stability.
  • Report spam to abuse@leadhop.com; investigated within 48 hours.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain verifiable consent records, auditable by LeadHop.
  • Include opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP”) in every message.
  • Comply with carrier-specific rules and local laws.

4. LeadHop Protections

  • No liability for user-generated spam or resulting fines.
  • Users indemnify LeadHop for regulatory penalties from their actions.
